Team Training by P1 Athlete

Custom Performance Training for Teams & Clubs.

Our Team Training program is built for sports teams, clubs, and organizations that want professional-level performance coaching in a private, focused environment.

Designed for 6–20 athletes, this program gives teams access to elite training, performance testing, and custom programming—without being mixed with other groups or classes.

How Team Training Works

Private Team Environment

Each team trains exclusively with their group—no mixed classes or random athletes. Sessions are private and structured to build team chemistry and collective performance.

Customized Programming

Every team’s program is built from the ground up based on sport, age, development level, and seasonal goals. Strength, speed, agility, and conditioning are all integrated to match your team’s needs.

Performance Testing & Tracking

We perform ongoing assessments using ForceDecks, laser timing systems, and other sport-specific metrics to measure progress in speed, power, and movement quality. Results are tracked to show measurable improvement over time.

Elite Coaching. Unified Results

Teams are led by our performance staff—the same coaches who train collegiate, professional, and elite athletes—ensuring every session meets the highest training standard.

60 vs. 90-Minute Sessions

60-Minute Sessions

90-Minute Sessions

If your team is serious about unlocking its potential, 90 minutes allows us to train every layer of performance.

Program Structure & Customization

Team Training is available in 1-, 3-, 6-, and 9-month commitment options, with flexible frequency choices of 1, 2, or 3 sessions per week.

Programs can be customized around team goals, travel schedules, and sport demands.

The more consistent your commitment and the larger your team, the greater the savings per athlete. Teams often save 25–70% per athlete compared to individual or class-based training rates.

How it Works

Every team gets:

Assessment & Goal Planning → Movement screens and strength/flexibility assessments to establish benchmarks and goals.

Phase‑Based Programming → Training cycles follow structured phases—intention, hypertrophy, power—with variations in volume, intensity, and movement focus each week.

Movement Protocols & Skill Work → Sprint and change-of-direction drills (linear, lateral, multi‑directional), plyometrics, strength and power lifts, and sport-specific application drills.

Team Dynamics & Accountability → Workouts that emphasize communication, mutual motivation, and teamwork—progressing together.

Training Phases

Phase 1: Intent & Mechanics

Build intention-driven technique and correct movement form with moderate volume.

Phase 2: Hypertrophy & Efficiency

Higher volume, faster tempos to drive muscle growth, strength endurance, and metabolic conditioning.

Phase 3: Power & Speed Peak

Heavy, explosive lifts and maximal velocity movement drills (1–4 reps at near-max load).

Who It’s For

Teams of all ages and competitive levels ready for unified performance optimization— ideal for club, scholastic, or semi‑pro teams seeking physical edge across a season.
