Jordan Pendleton is the founder and owner of P1 Athlete, a premier sports performance and wellness facility based in Lehi, Utah. With over a decade of experience in the performance training industry, Jordan is dedicated to helping athletes of all levels reach their highest potential through customized training, recovery, and injury prevention protocols.
A four-sport athlete growing up, Jordan made his mark at Bingham High School, where he helped lead his teams to both a football and basketball state championship in the same year. He went on to become a three-year starting linebacker at Brigham Young University (BYU), contributing to a top-ranked defense and earning NSCA All-American honors.
After a career-ending knee injury during his senior year at BYU, Jordan transitioned his passion for sports into developing athletes. In 2014, he launched P1 Athlete with the vision of providing a smarter, more intentional approach to training and recovery. Since then, he has trained thousands of athletes—from youth to professionals—and established P1 Athlete as one of Utah’s top destinations for performance, wellness, and results-driven coaching.
Today, I can proudly say that Performance One is Utah’s leading training and wellness center.
