PT Zoom Evaluation 30 min

PT Zoom Evaluations: 30 min

Get easy access to our PT Zoom evaluations. Flexible and personalized assessments for busy schedules and mild to moderate injuries.

PT Zoom Evaluation 45min - $150
In the physical therapy evaluation, you will be listened to and taught via a virtual platform. These are reserved for mild to moderate injuries and clients that need more flexibility with their busy schedules. Your history of the injury, your goals, desires, needs, and wants will be listened to and taken into account to create a vision of how to achieve your goals. This will help you to know you’re understood but it also helps us with the next portion, which is screening and examining the entire body to find the underlying source of your pain. This will give us the information we need to create a baseline and then use to show your progression back to sport. After we understand the source, we then start with treatment immediately to address the problem, while creating a vision of how you can reach your desired outcome. This is accomplished by clearly stating the underlying problem, explaining the anatomy of the body clearly, outlining what you can do at home to support and accelerate recovery, ensure you have the proper equipment needed to succeed, and answer any other questions you may have. You’ll leave with an understanding of your source of pain and dysfunction, a clear path of how to achieve it, how long it will take, and what you can actively do to achieve your goals on your time.

30 min follow-up visits will be focused and concise. We’ll follow up on your progress toward your goals, resolve any concerns with the overall vision we created during the evaluation, make necessary changes when needed to allow optimal progression, then give focused treatment that will ensure you leave with a greater understanding of how to improve and feel better.
