Our Semi-Private Training program offers the same elite-level coaching and personalized approach as our 1-on-1 training — but in a small, private group format. Designed for 2–5 athletes, it’s perfect for teammates or committed groups who want to train together in a focused environment while sharing the cost of private coaching.

How Semi-Private Training Works

Private Group Format (2–5 Athletes)

We don’t group random individuals. Each semi-private group is organized by you — a team, training partners, or friends who share goals and commitment.

Individualized Coaching Within a Group

Each athlete still receives personal coaching, movement corrections, and performance tracking — just in a shared setting with others pursuing similar outcomes.

Flexible Scheduling

Groups train at consistent times, just like private sessions. All sessions are booked through our coaching staff to maintain structure and accountability.

Semi-Private Training is available in single sessions, 5-packs, 10-packs, and 20-packs for both 60- and 90-minute durations.

Each package includes a specific expiration timeline — discussed at purchase — to help your group stay consistent and accountable.

  • Semi-Private groups receive between 25%–70% off compared to individual personal training rates, depending on group size and session pack commitment.
  • All sessions are coached by the same high-level staff that lead our private training programs.

PERFORMANCE COACH

Heather Berglund

Heather Berglund is a certified personal trainer and yoga instructor with over a decade of coaching experience. A former Division I soccer player at Utah State University, she understands firsthand what it takes to compete and perform at a high level. Heather specializes in youth athletic development, combining strength, speed, and confidence-building in a supportive and empowering environment. She continues to advance her education through coursework with Universal Speed Rating and Overtime Athletes, staying at the forefront of speed and agility training to help young athletes thrive—both on and off the field.

Performance Coach

Kyle Blendinger

A former standout collegiate baseball player, Kyle Blendinger brings high-level playing and coaching experience to the training floor. Drafted in 2017, Kyle was a four-year varsity starter at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and competed in the College World Series in 2018. He holds a degree in Exercise and Sport Science with a minor in Coaching and spent three years coaching at the collegiate level before transitioning into full-time performance training. Now in his fourth year as a trainer, Kyle has worked with several MLB players and numerous collegiate athletes. His approach blends firsthand athletic experience with science-based training and nutrition strategies to help athletes perform at their peak.
